Forget Me Not is a heartfelt digital tool for terminally ill patients to leave behind messages and videos for their loved ones. Whether it’s a birthday wish years ahead or a message for a future wedding, the platform helps preserve their voice and presence. This concept focuses on emotional connection, memory, and love, designed with care, not commerce, at its core.
Forget Me Not is a thoughtful digital tool created for patients nearing the end of life. It lets them record videos and write messages for their loved ones, scheduled for delivery in the future. The goal was to design a simple, emotional, and easy-to-use platform. Using real patient insights and user interviews, the team built a smooth, responsive experience focused on preserving human connection beyond life.
The client was facing budget limitations, so they requested only a design prototype instead of full development.
They wanted the platform to be deeply emotional and meaningful, which made the design process more sensitive and challenging.
There was no clear business goal, as the project was focused purely on emotional impact, making it harder to define success in traditional terms.
Our dedicated development team, including one designer and one project manager, created a detailed design prototype.
We focused on a clean, simple layout to make the platform easy for users of all ages.
The design was built to feel personal and comforting, reflecting the emotional nature of the app.
We used feedback from real patients to guide our design choices and improve user experience.
Users can record video or write messages for their loved ones.
Messages can be scheduled for future delivery (like birthdays or weddings).
The platform is easy to use with a simple, clean interface.
Designed to work smoothly across devices with a responsive layout.
Dominic, the founder of Forget Me Not, shared in a video how 6sense treated him not as just a client, but as a true partner. He appreciated the team’s design process, vision, and how they understood the emotional weight of the project. What stood out most was how 6sense paid close attention to the small details, making sure every part of the design felt thoughtful, personal, and full of meaning.
A fully designed and tested prototype was completed successfully.
The layout is simple, emotional, and easy to navigate.
Real user feedback shaped a more meaningful experience.
The design met the unique needs of terminally ill patients.
The project stayed within scope and was delivered on time.
