B2B MARKETPLACE / TRADETECH / BULK TRADING
CLICKABLE PROTOTYPE, SRS, DOCUMENT VALIDATION SYSTEM
Dedicated development team
6+ MONTHS (12 agile sprints)
We designed Kinetic Marketplace, a lot-based platform where users bid on groups of items rather than individual products. Buyers must have valid documents, like trading licenses, to participate. The system includes seller approvals, paper validation, and merchant onboarding. Our delivery included a full design blueprint—wireframes, SRS, technical and financial plans, and competitor analysis—to help validate market fit before development.
Kinetic Marketplace is a platform designed for trading in bulk, where users buy and sell items in lots rather than single units. Buyers place bids on the number of lots they want, and sellers choose the highest or most suitable offers. To ensure secure and legal trading, buyers must provide valid documents, such as a trading license. The platform also includes a structured seller onboarding process and document validation. Our dedicated development team supported the project for over 6 months, completing 12 agile sprints to bring the concept to life.
The product was big and complex, so the client didn’t want to jump into development right away.
The client wanted a working design prototype to show investors and raise funds.
Before building, the client needed to test if there was real demand for the idea.
Design Prototype – We created a clickable prototype to show how the platform would work.
Wireframes – Clear screen layouts to plan the user journey and features.
SRS Document – A detailed document explaining all system requirements.
Technical & Financial Plans – Plans covering how to build the product and what it would cost.
Competitor Analysis – A study of similar platforms to help the client understand the market.
Before jumping into design, our designer and project manager took time to understand the end users. They conducted interviews with the people the client wanted to sell to, gathering real pain points and feedback. These insights were shared with the client and then with our internal team. This research directly influenced the platform’s structure and features. After that, we delivered a complete blueprint, which included wireframes, a design prototype, an SRS document, technical and financial plans, and a detailed competitor analysis. This gave the client everything needed to validate the idea and move confidently toward development.
Lot-Based Bidding – Users place bids on groups of items, not individual ones.
Buyer Permission Check – Only users with valid licenses or documents can bid.
Seller Approval System – Sellers review and accept the bids they prefer.
Merchant Onboarding – A guided process to register and approve sellers on the platform.
Paper Validation – The system checks and verifies all required documents before allowing transactions.
Investor-Ready Prototype – The client received a complete design prototype to present to investors and his management.
Clear Development Plan – With the blueprint, the client had everything needed to start development.
User-Driven Design – The final design was based on honest feedback from the target audience.
